My thoughts on the current #gills predicament. I hope they change soon and fix the root issue affecting the football side of the club.

@cricketers1893 @TheGillsFC Side of things and go back to commercial. Galinsons needed someone strong, robust and knows football to guide them. Not the flannels we have now and the crap recruitment team who have failed us for 4-5 windows now. Had Scally not been a complete twat, he could have been the guy..

The recruitment, who have failed for 4 or 5 windows now needs to go and they are doing you no favours. Hope you find the right people.

It’ll still take time to catch up with it but they need someone in who knows. I think we should stick with JC.

@GillsInTheBlood I personally think. If there is a display like that next home game, ALL #Gills fans should simply stand and turn their backs to the pitch and players and stay quiet.
