@BradGalinson @TheGillsFC Brad I think a major problem is we have a recruitment team in place who have only ever operated on a low budget. They aren’t used to having you’re sort of investment and therefore being taken for a ride by agents and spending it incorrectly. #Gills

@nathanswanexp Bonner was a massive contributor to the players being soft, giving them Xmas and spare weekends off when majority of other clubs came in and worked.
