The barrier to a cons successful growth, non-profit or for-profit, is missing the skilled talent it takes to run these complex events.
Cons are growing at an incredibly fast rate and yet cons are having trouble getting enough staff and volunteers to keep up, putting immense pressure on everyone running the con! Consider staffing or volunteering at your local con to help out! C:
