@twentysixbux oh and I poach the tomato pieces in very gently warmed olive oil with garlic and oregano, just until the oil goes "blup" once, then off the heat and leave the toms to cool in the oil before serving

@twentysixbux Naa, just need the wee part, ordered it online. Pangrattato is lovely, poverty food, leftover bread, crushed garlic, olive oil and Parmesan (if you're lucky) fried crispy and sprinkled on pasta as a main course in hard times.
