It’s a goddamn archive and the best way we have of preserving our culture. The same rules don’t apply to the @internetarchive so stop enforcing dated IP against them. Shame @HachetteUS, shame.
Our story: A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision against the Internet Archive’s book scanning program, leaving only the Supreme Court left as recourse and suggesting that the case may finally wind down after years of contention.
