At Gloucester Crown Court this morning for 'Getting Court' when a group from a local school come into court to see what goes on. A great initiative started by a previous High Sheriff of Gloucestershire, and one which should be national.

Great evening in Stonehouse at the Long Service Awards for the Gloucestershire Fire & Rescue Service. An honour to be there to pay tribute to our brave members of the Service.

At the haunted and (now) unused Gloucester Prison to welcome some brave and Hardy souls doing a sponsored sleepover to raise money for Young Gloucestershire, a charity that does so much good with young people.

At Gloucester cathedral this morning awaiting the arrival of Jamie Alcock and his wonderful Shire Horses at the start of his charity journey. We heard from Sir Dusty Miller that following an accident with a car, trip was postponed. Really hope Millie the Shire is OK.
