Feels like it was only yesterday that @eldsjal and I teamed up to try to come up with a masterplan for shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive. Here we are, six years later, excited to announce that @NekoHealth has just raised a $260 million series B, led by @lightspeedvp, to power our international growth. Having completed 10,000 scans to date, with a further 100,000 people on our waitlist, demand is clear. This additional funding will accelerate the pace of our expansion giving more people the chance to preventatively manage their health —not just in Europe but in the US too. In addition to serving more people, we’ll be doubling down on groundbreaking research and development, and on our commitment to combining exceptional engineering with medical expertise and user-centered design. This financing allows us to invest even more into developing next-generation diagnostic and prevention tools. We’re ready to move even faster toward transforming healthcare from reactive to preventive care. We welcome O.G. 25,000 Signups in ~2 Weeks! I was on Bloomberg TV yesterday to discuss the incredible momentum @NekoHealth is seeing in the UK. In less than a week after opening in London, we surpassed 10,000 bookings and signups. Since then the momentum kept building, and we had 25,000 people signed up after about two weeks! To put this into perspective, it took us over a year and a half to reach this number in Sweden, and here it happened in a matter of weeks. It's fantastic to see such overwhelming interest in preventive health, and we love serving the pioneers leading this charge.
