@GilbertTangMD @MountSinaiHeart Thanks for sharing @GilbertTangMD! Device evolution with FX system have markedly diminished event rate occurrence (tab stuck) but with Evolut R and Pro system was a significant issue! Have you noticed similar improvement with FX delivery system?

Altough not randomized; the Optimum Registry provides good data set. Congratulations @mirvatalasnag, wonderful case!

Did you use snaring technique or change to Lunderquist wire?? I have noticed less need for Lunderquist with FX technology! Hoping the same with FX+ platform.

@MustafaAhmedMD Excellent thread Dr Ahmed; highly complex case. With the FX Evolut there is much less risk of LV displacement recommend pre-snaring technique with DC Lunderquistin some V-V cases. Predilatation recommended in valve in valve cases. Enhances predictable delivery! Congratulations

@mandeep_mayo Outside of a bifurcation CTO I have been unsuccessful with dual lumen catheter in this scenario. In this setting angled supercross 120 with soft polymeric wire vs Pilot 200 (good retention) with double curve.

@ramicule @Obisht @luciotpadilla @omendiz @torresviera @lismendez @JESUSFELIPEGAR @vfinizola @jpcostabel @gonzaeperez You have to use a guide extender as an aspiration device and consider intracoronary thrombolysis prior to start of procedure as well as MCS (Impella preferably). Consider embolic source for MI. Congratulations for saving the life of the patient.
