@drjohnm Understand the sentiment, but how about when trial evidence will (likely) never be produced because the trial wouldn't be fesible / too expensive. Is it simply, try harder to get the trial done or is there a role of observational data to support decisions in these circumstances?

It's absolutely grotesque to see an advertisement from the NYU Langone Health system. How does an academic medical center have money to spend on this? Maybe stop bankrupting your patients before you buy a Super Bowl advertisement?
