@Rainmaker1973 Digital manipulation is not the only kind of photographic deception. There is good old fashioned 'forced perspective.' They all could be 30 feet behind the alligator and photo taken with a long zoom lens to make them appear closer to it. Notice how nobody lays a hand on it.

@caitoz With Iraq and Afghanistan I remember how journalists were embedded with troops and we saw tons and tons of raw war footage every day. You don't see any raw war footage from the Russia-Ukraine war. Isn't that odd, especially given the immense public and media interest in that war?.
