If you are an Org and want to invest in the SSA region, might I suggest a roster that is actually from the region.
It doesn't make sense (I believe) to represent a team with no roots and no long term ambitions for the region.

They were the loudest and sadly became the face of EU teams in SSA.
They are not.
Others have just gotten on with their work or have worked to be part of us.
After the YMC saga I want to say one thing:
Please don't hate on all import teams, NO MATTER THE REGION, unnecessarily.
As far as I can tell they conduct themselves properly and professionally.
YMC are an outlier, not the norm.

I've never missed a Rocket Pass and since 2016 I almost always bought whatever was available to buy in an effort to suppor the game and the developers.

I feel like I did what I came to do in Dusseldorf. I have met so many people who are eager for SSA to succeed and who want to be part of making it so.
I believe in 2026 we can have at least one SSA team in the Worlds main event.

Seeing EU players posting LFT tweets "for SSA" is so wild. I've accepted the situation (like I had a choice) and reasoned it'll long term be good for us but I still struggle to feel any sense of empathy or interest in their story.

Whenever I think I've settled on my opinion around non-SSA teams, it changes. It's pretty dynamic and there are many factors.
But when 40% of your competing field is from another region and sign ups in your own region are down 15%, stats say it's not good for our growth.
