@kouject Oof I feel that. Picked up mine for the first time in a long time over covid, immediately had to switch down to the lil baby bow I started on. I've worked my way back up, but it was a sad surprise that first time back! That riser is beautiful!

@kouject It's like trying to explain a particularly vivid dream to someone - you can try, but it's impossible to articulate before they just go glassy-eyed. Hard to recapture that moment.

@DrasilVergon @kouject @princessbilbo Oh 100% agree, and it sucks that fear of retaliation can even br a valid response. Definitely talking about two different situations here, I wasn't trying to be contrarian. But the importance of communication is evident in both.

@kouject @princessbilbo Just here to add the inverse struggle of having a female friend whom you develop a romantic interest in over time, and then having to compartmentalize those feelings because you value the friendship too, can tell it's not mutual and don't want to the ruin the relationship.

@kouject Conversely I recently got a 1-piece recurve at 60" and I really like how short and fast it feels. But I've also never seriously shot a bow over 62" so...
