@educationgovuk @bphillipsonMP So, let's do this for the parents...how about supporting school leaders, teachers and support staff to improve schools. These new accountability measures will do nothing but drive up anxiety and exacerbate the recruitment and retention issues in schools

@NEUnion Maybe the unions we pay lots of money into should be stepping up here as well. The Ofsted news today is gutting. Nothing learnt and more relentlessness which will put pressure onto school leaders, teachers and support staff. Ridiculous

@KatieKates_84 I also think pupils find it fascinating that we as teachers don't have all the answers to the 'big' questions and them being able to offer thoughts and ideas that are not shut down but explorer! #rechatuk
