Yes. All this is true. My dad paid for a ticket on the secondary market to attend the Masters as a patron. He was denied one directly after going through the proper professional channels. He had to be there anyway to support the LIV players. It was an amazing experience;

For what it's worth. I've been preaching for awhile that LIV should absolutely open up weekly qualifiers for a People's Team. a team that anyone can qualify for. If you play well, you stay on the team, and the general public can participate in shared ownership and governance.
According to a source, The PGA Tour has notified the PGA of America of the proposed elimination Monday Qs. This will have a profound effect on the sections that host Monday Qs, esp ones that hold multiple. I would not be surprised if there was some legal wrangling w this.
