@Stentingwoman Thanks for your response. Respectfully, I disagree that any of the points you made would not be equivalent, if not improved (eg, time for the proceduralist to think of thoughtful responses rather than off the cuff mid-procedure) in a pre-recorded setting

We’re in the business of patient care, not theatrics. Present a pre-recorded procedure - shoot, even present procedures with complications for the sake of learning - and supplement with live Q&A. I see no need to divide a surgeon’s attention away from the patient
