@pub_that @petersgate_tap @RachelReevesMP Then the cleaning company let 2 members of staff go. They can’t get jobs they stop spending in the economy. Other places don’t get that money, they let staff go and so on. I’m not an economist but even I know this is just madness

@theavfcfaithful Got to be 10/10. We’ve added champions league experience. Players coming in with a point to prove but don’t automatically replace our current 11 so they need to work to get in. 3 of them on loan so no risk if it doesn’t work. We made a profit off non starting players.

@Overmyheadphoto Someone to get passionate about the industry in front of our governments. As an industry we are too passive and too accepting of what is thrown at us. For so many years majority of people think our industry is second rate and won’t realise how important we are until we’re gone

@theavfcfaithful Carlos was 29 and had never had a bad injury before signing with us. 2nd game in he snapped his Achilles. Martin laursen had knee problems galore and gave us 2 amazing seasons. Injury records don’t mean anything it’s all pure luck.

I honestly (naively) thought a change of government was going to give us someone who would listen and react accordingly but it feels like they are sticking to the same plan and just ignore us until we all go

@andyjlennox They don’t understand we are one of the only industries that pay near to the 20% as we can’t claim back on the 2 biggest outgoings. If you have a bad quarter you’re already behind and can’t catch up.
