@IMFletcher70 @bluewolfpack1 And open a Dollarmite account for your kids and def don't teach them about fractional banking, quantitative easing, inflation, valuing assets etc... Buy CBA and leave your money in a low-interest Dollarmite account...

The % of every dollar of tax revenue is increasingly being wasted. We are now on the verge of deep recession without government spending we are absolutely f'd. 2025 Simandou mine in Africa will begin exporting Iron Ore to China... Mining is the only thing going for Australia and we have also f'd this and we are about to import gas. Absolute f'ing morons in Parliament.

@ausvstheagenda Some actual commonsense being put forward. If nothing happens here, this will possibly be the catalyst to brew up another day out in Cronulla, but in many parts of Australia...

Rather than see things the way they really are, it is easier to keep watching the Bachelor, playing Keno and eating popcorn chickenā¦ This would make you a doomsdayāerā¦ Many cannot see past their immediate distractions. The nation really has nothing going for it. We canāt even rely on our golden goose anymoreā¦Iron Ore and Coalā¦ Whole Parliament needs a clean out. After One Nation supported the Hate Bill I donāt even know who to vote for anymore. There really is no one left, Iām happy to hear suggestionsā¦

Yes you'd be fine. That is a long time. Tough is you bought in a peak and still paying these current rates on a lower LVR for 10 yrs or more waiting for the market to return. Many homes in these periods were negative equity over and above what banks considered appropriate. You can't inflate a sector forever. This may take another 10 yrs who knows, however eventually, Australia cannot last producing the F'all it does now with so much of Australia's household income going to mortgages or rent.
