Enjoyable course set up this morning with a greenkeepers revenge day at the club. Hopefully all members had fun. Each member of staff had a hole each to pick an idea. @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

Screening some gold from our compost heap. Any grass clipping and old sods, all recycled. Great material for winter projects @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

Driving range tee levelled and seeded. Hopefully get a good strike for being late in the year. 100% rye. Overseeded the turf nursery when I had the chance. Winter work starting next week @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

@nle_golf @thecosligopro @CountySligoGC The seeding of the green will recover within 10 to 15 days. We just seeded our 3rd Green using this technique as it is one of our weakest. We seeded other Greens with a dimple seeder, with recovery after 7 days.

The back 9 normal plays into the wind, from what we are told you can only move the markers forward 10 Meters on each tee from the measured yardage in a counting competition and 100 Meters overall @GolfIreland_

Graminicide working well on areas around the course. All Green surrounds and Fairways sprayed. Over the past 4 years we have applied graminicide to most areas apart from our 8th which has now been completed. Some seed needed and help to recover. @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro

A little late in the year for some deep rough management, but sometimes it's a needs must. We will be applying some gramincide to these areas afterwards to help with pace of play.#newmachine @CountySligoGC @thecosligopro
