@mtbendermd @cvsection @StrokeAHA_ASA @svinsociety @SNISinfo @INR_WFITN I hadn’t used (or heard of Nester coils) but the way it’s deployed it basically flies wherever it wants to go, so you don’t need to get your microcatheter that distal. I haven’t tried it yet but I am intrigued!

As our year in Colorado comes to a close, we took one last trip to visit the mountains of Telluride. It’s been an incredible year getting to explore this beautiful part of the country. We will definitely be back!

@SamEmersonMDPhD Agree, I’ve never done pre-op embo during training, but there’s always a point in the case when someone says “we should’ve embolized this” 😃 I will have to give pre-op embo a shot in the future
