My friend who lost her house sent me videos from her ring cameras. The front camera shows her and her neighbour running to their cars with dogs in tow - the back camera shows flames at her fence. 3.5 min later flames at her front porch.. 11 min later the cameras stop 😭

One of the folks we work with in Hants county who is experiencing homelessness had to be pulled from floodwaters by helicopter Friday night. They’ve lost everything. And almost lost their life.
So yeah - asking about climate crisis and unhoused folks makes fucking sense.
