In conclusion
I can’t fucking do this anymore. I’m really scared to try recovery but if I don’t I know I’ll die. There’s no “up side” to an ED and I can’t convince myself there is anymore. I hope you all will support me and I hope one day we can all find peace with ourselves🫶🫶

1.2 I use what little energy I have to compulsively over exercise
As soon as I wake up I start working out, I follow the same routine and do it till I’m done and then I basically just lay in bed until a certain time then take a nap and do nothing all day. It’s not fun.

Fall into a routine, do the same thing every single day until the thought of doing something else scares you so much that you can’t stand it. change small aspects of that routine so you eat less and less until that becomes your new routine…
