Exposing Market Manipulation: Tokenized AMC Assets and the Fight for Transparency. Greetings, Apes. This investigation revolves around the discovery of quadrillions of tokenized $AMC assets, which were confirmed to be held in @SBF_FTX FTX custody via ERC-20. These tokens represent an excessive supply that appears to have been deliberately used to suppress AMC's price movement and target retail investors. Key findings reveal that these tokenized assets were actively moved, with gas fees paid to facilitate transfers between multiple entities (referred to here as A, B, and C). This demonstrates that the tokens were not only custodied with FTX but systematically circulated. The question remains whether these assets were properly backed 1:1, as claimed. Under the current administration, these findings carry significant weight and warrant full investigation as evidence of fraudulent activity. Let me be clear: I have all the data necessary to expose the individuals who participated in using this method to obstruct AMC's price movement and undermine retail investors. Blockchain analysis has confirmed these activities, and while blockchain technology can sometimes obscure the details, transactional signatures are permanent. The individuals behind this scheme cannot hide. The SEC, under new leadership, is reportedly investigating short-selling practices and addressing the regulatory loopholes exploited through derivatives, swaps, and tokenization mechanisms. With the newly established Crypto Task Force now at the forefront, there is hope that these findings will be taken seriously, reviewed, and acted upon transparently. I will be releasing this information soon, but not before submitting a whistleblower report and filing a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to ensure proper procedures are followed. This is about exposing how these underhanded practices—enabled by a lack of oversight—have damaged retail investors and compromised market fairness. To those involved: this is a formal notice. The truth will come out. If you played a role in orchestrating this scheme—whether as an executive, market maker, or short-seller—you should consider coming forward voluntarily. Once the data is revealed, accountability will be unavoidable.
