@McdonaldSu12152 The most concerning thing about this is McDonald’s doesn’t really care that food was stolen not 1 person from McDonald’s wants to look into it as if it’s the norm Uber claim it wasn’t stolen but McDonald’s restaurant told me on the phone that the driver took food without signing

@McDonaldsUK @UberEats So McDonald’s want Uber to issue proof that a refund has been given for my food that never came so I rang Uber to be told they do not give proof. What am I meant to do now just let them keep my money tried private chat but just script writing

@BrankinFamily @McDonaldsUK I’ve had reply’s but saying I need proof from Uber eats but I ordered through McDonald’s app so in my opinion they appoint Uber to deliver they should speak to them but the bigger issue here is there driver stole my food is that not against the law and they are not doing anything

@McDonalds Even you customer service on email won’t sort it you have taken my money I want it back Uber Eats driver stole my food and I have to battle to get my money back 6 days and counting shocking that you don’t want to sort it out thieves delivering on your behalf

@McDonalds I have sent the email now it’s funny how on social media you want to help but when I rang up I was told I need to get proof from Uber before you can check so it’s down in a email now and I have records of it all just want my money back 15 days to do a refund is a joke
