@Lazarus3_3 Are you on a low fat diet? Going too low in fat can cause focus issues. Coconut oil also seems uniquely beneficial in providing fuel for the brain (ketones)

Tastiest way to do @anabology honey diet: 1: Whip honey in a jar 2: (optional) add flavouring of choice (lemon juice, salt etc) 3: place in fridge or freezer (depending on how naturally thick the honey is) 4: Eat it like ice-cream

Peating is the ultimate nootropic. Just hardline 100g sugar and a bunch of coconut oil with enough caffeine to give a small woman heart failure and then noone can FUCK with you. All other biohacks are meaningless when your brain doesn't have the energy to operate.

Reminder that Peating was never about "losing weight" specifically, it's about generating energy (calories out), which can very well make weight loss easier, assuming in you still keep calories in under control. It just so happens losing fat is a goal majority of people have.
