@BNSSG_ICB @swasFT @ASPolice last night, Weston-super-Mare, came across an elderly gentleman, a bit tipsy, fallen, head injury, confused, on warfarin. Neither the police or the ambulance were able to attend. Found wife on his contacts (ice). Drove him to Bristol A&E. Disgrace!
