More than half of people do not seek help after being raped or sexually assaulted. The NHS want to make it clear: we are here, turn to us. SARCs provide a safe space and dedicated care for anyone who has been raped, sexually assaulted or abused #SARCs

We’re seeing lots of people in hospital with norovirus at the moment. Please manage symptoms at home and avoid any visits to hospital or care homes. Visit the NHS website for advice ➡️
Diarrhoea & vomiting bugs can spread easily – but simple actions can help to avoid infecting others, including washing your hands regularly with soap and warm water, and avoiding going to work or school, or preparing food for others until 48 hours after your symptoms clear.
