@Perky_43 I’m sure you saw it in ur career where misconduct process was mis-managed with either good cops getting stuck on or shit ones getting away with it, imagine the job could sack you without any evidence or proof after they failed to sack you in misconduct. 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Perky_43 IMO there are suitable processes in place criminal, misconduct, performance review etc that are more than sufficient to get someone out the door. Just because the job wants a short cut doesn’t make it right.

@Trevorlloyd92 Surely though that’s partially down to management as well…should have rotated more earlier, which might have meant we wouldn’t have had so many injuries….

@ben_bowman_ I’ve been very critical tbh but I thought he got it right, set up to defend first half which was going well, at 2-0 he’s gambled it hasn’t worked, ultimately they are a good side and will smash better teams than us. Saturday is massive game though. Next 3 are so important.

@fullback03 I’m not sure if he’s better from the right but he looks comfortable across left/right/centre I think he’ll end up playing in the centre in a few years.

@CopOfTheNorth Fair enough entitled to ur opinion, I would have similar opinion before a brief period on npt, one of our pscos puts more intel in that anyone else in the force. I think there’s other things I’d do before chopping pscos.
