Speed drill to keep the feet hot and change of direction sharp! Lateral Cones to Angle Burst (if you don’t have cones use t-shirts or shoes). Work over and back then burst in 4 different directions: fwd, fwd 45, bkwd 45, bkwd. Perform 2-3 sets on each side. #LIT #LetsRide
