@HELBpage I think what I don't like in this country is the inefficiency of our agencies. Must people riot and be teargassed for action to be taken? HELB is a national agency that holds the future of our country. We shouldn't be discussing late disbursement. Ni siasa tu wanajua kupiga.

@OEliud1 @gpdkaluma You still don't get it. I'm not about ethnicities. Odero is a luo name btw but my tribe is Kenyan. I've had the privilege of living in luo, kikuyu,maasai, kambs and kalenjin lands and I say, a bad person is a bad person tribe not withstanding
