The driver that rear ended the other vehicle and caused the incident should pay every penny for all of the damages.
Driver jumps out of SUV moments before a train slams into it in Layton, Utah. On February 4. A white SUV stopped at a crossing was rear-ended, pushed onto tracks, and trapped by crossing arms. The driver escaped just before impact. No injuries reported.
