Said it once and i’ll say it again. Not sacking Jackett earlier enough cost them 2 years of progression minimum. They showed him too much loyalty and it back fired. Wasted at least 2 if not 3 years under him. Other than that, you can’t knock it.
When you look at the first day since the Eisners took over, to where we are now, anyone can see how far we’ve actually come, and in truth it’s still just the beginning. Every reason to be optimistic for the future in my opinion
