A woman who was adopted at birth 55 years ago did the same test and discovered that my brother was her father. Long story short, we have welcomed her into our family and it's been an amazing discovery for all us on so many levels. For my new niece who always wondered, so fine. 🙏

I met Liz a few times. Her brother is an avid windsurfer who loved Eagle Nest Lake. She would watch him from the beach, sun tan and read under a wide sun hat. She laid a blanket out near our group and could not help but chuckle listening to us, so joined us. She was a delight!!!

In bed one morning, the pipes frozen, tub with a 12" block of ice, dog water bowl frozen, my wife and I heard Willard Scott on TV say the coldest place in the nation, Eagle Nest, NM, 49 below zero. Once we got the truck finally started, we headed off to Key West with the dog. 😂

A party of four, one a stranger, I picked the tab up and tipped 25%. Leaving, the stranger said he needed to use the bathroom and went back inside. I decided I would take a leak to and went back in and caught him pocketing the tip. Guess who had to walk home. I am broke as shit.

While recovering in a nursing home, I promised my roommate, Sean, that when I got out I would not let him die there alone. Three months later, Sean passed away peacefully in my home as I held his hand. Love all creatures. 🙏🌻

OMG, Beast. My dad was a Pendleton man and when he passed, I took all his shirts and the suit of his I wore to his funeral with me when it was all over. His scent so permeated his shirts, every time I put one on it broke my heart. His was the only suit I owned for many years.

I was recovering in a nursing facility when Covid hit us hard in 4/20. Along with every single person residing on my hall, got ill. Nine of us died, including my room-mate.
I was released that August.
I have brain fog, vision trouble, depression, etc, but Covid is a hoax, right?

Same here, it's maddening how greedy landlords can be. My rent has increase in sync with yours. New owners won't except a lease over 6 months and they raise the rent with each renewal. I love my home, it's perfect for me, yet I am being priced out I fear and having to move. 🙅♂️

The eclipse happens at 12:30 here in Albuquerque. I have not gotten my glasses or made a shadow box to view the wondrous event. I am a dumb bastard, while watering my flower garden I will most likely look up and take a peek or not, wait and be prepared for the next one. 😃😂

I would get him a pair of Bombas wool slippers. I have two pair, wear a pair around the house every day. They have a soft cozy lining, non-slip sole's and look really cool with jeans or PJ's. For every pair of socks or slippers, they donate one for homeless organizations.

My mom died on Mother's Day in 72 when I was still a boy. It made me a better person because I forever thought she was looking down from heaven at me, so I never, never wanted to make her dissapointed in me. She still watching over me and I am an old man soon to see her again.
