Great review - and the summary is probably little if any difference. Not too surprising to me given underlying causes of falls in older people - letās redouble efforts on tackling medical/medication related causes of falls, bone health, and strength and balance training.
Our new @CochraneLibrary review is out exploring if #education and/or psychological interventions (e.g. #CBT #coaching) can reduce #falls

@TaraJLamont @maxwele2 Thanks! Itās a lovely piece of work summarising the positive and negative. Iād love us to move the debate on to how we can create standards that are minimalist, sensible, realistic and pitched for a complex, multi-morbid, individualised world.

@mancunianmedic @alisonleary1 @VictoriaPeckham @thetimes Alison as always spot on in the wider recruitment picture but there are still some interesting differences between countries on pre-reg nursing practice hour requirements, and between nursing and AHPs in the UK (e.g. only 1000 for physios)
