Great case... @dremresener After all these -ectomy... How is the immediate patient's status and long term plans? Kidney transplant vs Hemodialysis? Bladder reconstruction??? Other adjuvant therapies?? What are the anticipated functional outcomes ? NOT UROLOGIST.Please educate me
Today’s case: bilateral high grade ureteral TCC occupying half of the ureteral lenght ➡️ laparoscopic bilateral nephrectomy + laparoscopic cystoprostatectomy + urethrectomy. Basically we call this procedure urology-ectomy 😉
