I was able to make the PTW camp in Danbury this weekend after a week of battling the Norovirus. It was great to talk to so many coaches from high academic schools and meet players from all over the country.

My last offseason workout with Tyler before he heads off to his own preseason training. He's helped me with so many things this fall/winter. Today we focused on keeping my weight back and getting into my hip more and also did some work on my favorite skill, pickoffs. Thanks Tyler and thanks for the hat. Looking forward to the Hamilton and PTW Danbury camps this month.

I was excited to show off my pitching mentor to the rest of the Westmoreland guys tonight. Tyler put together a great pitching session that covered everything. I was also excited to have a catcher (thanks Kirkie). And also heat.
