Exactly what I’m getting at. Changes have been good. I’ll admit the pitch clock went better than I ever expected. The constant need for “change” and faster games by 5 minutes is laughable to me. Well worded response. Thank you!
@kplawecki26 Amen brother. The changes made so far have worked very well. Cutting a few more seconds off the clock per pitch feels like needless meddling.

Holy Shit. 5 minutes off the game. Absolute no brainer. No one can wait 5 more minutes. How long till we just simulate every game? That will speed things up. Keep up the great work 👏
MLB will likely reduce the pitch clock to 18 seconds from 20 with runners on base next year, major-league sources confirmed to @jaysonst and @EvanDrellich. The league expects the change would shave an average of roughly five minutes off games. What the players are saying ⤵️

Our hearts are broken with the loss of Tim Wakefield. Wake embodied true goodness; a devoted husband, father, and teammate, beloved broadcaster, and the ultimate community leader. He gave so much to the game and all of Red Sox Nation. Our deepest love and thoughts are with Stacy, Trevor, Brianna, and the Wakefield family.
