The Alaska North Slope always starts off the season.
Lots of fall color change from the past week and into this week, look for some significant change within each region when the maps are published tonight (~10pm EDT) on the website.
Fall color is quickly progressing in western portions of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Satellite imagery lets us observe this rapid change, check out the difference in just the last four days shown here! 🍁
