Got 120Hz working after 3 hours for MW2 PS5 beta.
Deleted Save Game, Performance Mode, none of that helped.
Steps:
Download Fortnite.
Enable 120Hz in game.
Switch to COD, then exit the game.
Delete the saved game in settings.
Launch game > 120Hz.

In order to use this file, head to Documents -> Call of Duty -> Players.
Once there, move the current "options.3.cod22.cst" to another folder as a backup, and move the new config downloaded in.

Warzone Audio Rec: Home Theater + Dolby Atmos
Why?
Boost/Midnight is very compressed audio and drowns out footsteps in the middle of a gunfight.
Home Theater is much less compressed audio and gives CONSISTENT but quieter footsteps that you can hear in the middle of a gunfight.

Texture Resolution - Can put on very low, or low
Anti-Aliasing - Can put on off, all the way to filmic. Depending on if you prefer jagged look or a smoother look.
General Rule on NVIDIA (Test on your PC):
