That is completely within an acceptable time for a citizen to react. How would you have handled this had it happened to you?

@toughtalkty @StreetFightslol This falls under reactionary discresstion. The shock from being hit, fighting for your gun, and then defending yourself with gun all happened in seconds. All shots fired were in succession. He didn’t shoot, wait, and shoot again. There was a threat. The threat was eliminated.

@toughtalkty @StreetFightslol He wasn’t charged so it was in fact justified self defense. The guy was 2x his size, had him pinned in, and assaulted him. If I recall, the big guy had also threatened to kill him.
