Notable is the Aegean Fault strike point for generating a 7.7 Mega Quake in the 1956 leading to extreme destruction and a Tsunami(!). Again the activity is not from the same spot.

@anamorfosis @Maurokorax Συμφωνω απολυτα! Στα μερη που το προιον ειναι ξεκαθαρο αν η αισθητικη ειναι κομματι του, τοτε υπαρχει focus. Το οικονομικο οφελος στην Σαντορινη θα ηταν 10χ αν εφτιαχναν καλους δρομους / οργανωμενα terminals για cruise ships και upgrade το αεροδρομιο

@Maurokorax @anamorfosis το θεμα δεν ειναι οι πολεοδωμικες ρυθμησεις για σπιτια αλλα ενα γενικο "πλανο" και κυριος οι υποδομες. Οι αλλαγη ρυθμησεων τυπου πισινας κλπ ειναι απλα για να "βγει" κατι εξτρα στην πωληση. Οκ. Αλλα χωρις τα βασικα δεν πας στο ανω "επιπδεο" ως προορισμος

@anamorfosis @ax_koula Μαζι σου αλλα πριν το κανουμε αυτο να φτιαξουμε καμια υποδομη, γιατι ξερεις πολυ καλα οτι αν ηταν χαλαροι για τις πισινες θα βαλουν ολοι σε 2/3 χρονια και θα κλεμε δυκτια υδρευσης. Εδω ειχε διακοπες το νερο στην δυτικη ελλαδα φετος το καλοκαιρι!
