One of my most prized possessions. Given to me by my grandmother about 20 years ago. It was this very book that exposed me to the Anglican patrimony. What a blessing! What a gift!

The Book of Common Prayer unified a divided church. How can we use it again, today, to unify a very fractured/divided Anglicanism? .....thinking out loud....
When I am working graveyard shift, Evening Prayer happens here at my office. I'm such a Redneck. I have a bandana for each of the colors the Church uses throughout the liturgical year. St. Lucy, Martyr, gets the red bandana.
BIG PRAYER REQUEST: My SIL, who is a US Marine, got deployed yesterday evening. He and my daughter are expecting their 1rst child. He will miss the birth of their first child due to being deployed. As you can imagine, my daughter is having a hard time. Thanks in advance 4 ur 🙏.
The 1979 BCP has so many companion resources that enrich ones usage of the book. I hope to see similar resources contine to be made and for other BCPs as well.
