This group just won the tough GAC Conference Tournament. We had 5 champions, Benson, Smith, Johnson, Sanchez, and Braun, Guth took second place and Lupo and Paul took 3rd and Rowse took 4th. We won by 70 points 😳.

I want to congratulate Sophia Miller on becoming the first girl wrestler at Fhc to become GAC champion. She did that by beating two state qualifiers to earn that title in a tough bracket. Very proud of her progress and hard work

Congratulations to Kailey Benson on winning the Wonder Woman tourn. Beating nationally ranked 6th place girl in the finals. Currently 21-0 only giving up 2 offensive points this season. Not only did she walk out with a belt. She FHC’s first girls Outstanding Wrestler of a tourn.

Congratulations to this wrecking crew right here. Went to the Hickman kewpie invitational with 9 wrestlers and came home with a tournament trophy 1st out of 21 teams. We had 6 champions a 2nd and a 3rd place. All nine contributed to the team score of 251 points. Amazing job

Well we are bringing home some cowbell. The 44 team , 12 states, KC Stampede was our toughest comp to date. We ended up 6th place. Our girls wrestled well and as coaches we are proud of em but are also excited to fix some things and get back to work to get ready for Wonder Woman

Tonight I had the privilege of coaching one of the most exciting and challenging duals I’ve ever been a part of. So proud of how our girls wrestled. I asked them to trust their coaches and just go out and wrestle whoever took the mat. They did and we beat Howell 48-33 at home.
