The @ng-rspack/build package needs some work done to it's deps and peerDeps, but version 0.0.31 contains pluginAngular() an Rsbuild plugin for @angular that can be used with an rsbuild config shown below, producing results also shown below. The @rspack_dev ecosystem 🤯

Without a reproduction and time to investigate I’d only be speculating though. What is actually handling the line @import tailwindcss prefix(); Is it postcss, tailwind, vite?
