@JoanaJardimLima @MicrobiomeJ eg. Microorganisms can be compared to pets (imagine it). My family and friends all enjoy keeping dogs, and this certainly has common effects on pet composition (anyway whether genetically caused). But saying dogs are heritable for humans as someone only likes cats is fallacious.
