The time has come for me to step down as the Head XC/Head Women’s coach at Peaster High School. I want to wish all the Peaster athletes the best of luck moving forward. I’ve had a tremendous time in the two years I was here. Thank you for being coachable and accountable.

Due to the forecasted threat of thunderstorms in the morning, we will NOT be running tomorrow morning at Quail Springs. Stay safe and dry. Hopefully, we can run Thursday at Cartwright Park.

Cross Country is a great metaphor for life. From the outside, it looks like an individual sport. A bunch of people running their own race. But in reality, it's a team sport. The sooner we embrace the team aspect, the better we perform, and the more joy and connection we create.

New School Record 2023 Miranda Smith breaks the 400m record by running 58.38 at the Regional Track Meet. This record has stood since 2014. This young lady has had an amazing high school track career. She either holds the record outright or with a team in FIVE events! Go Miranda!
