@JoshFG With respect, it is not absurd to recognise the fundamental developmental benefit to children of maintaining relationships with all key attachment figures where it is not contrary to their wider welfare best interests. It is for the court to determine the child's best interests.

Ethical approval for research into the experiences of children moved by the #FamilyCourts after findings of emotional harm, has now been received. The study is being carried out by a major UK university and is due to report in 2025 #FamilyLaw. Read more:
