@BritishGasHelp Hi, I didn’t hear back from you today. Our smart meter monitor is not showing electricity cost since we had a power cut over a week ago. We did what you suggested but it’s still not showing. What do we do now?

@Tesco Hi, wanted to take a second to praise your staff at the Pitsea Extra store! One lovely lady went and found the last pair of PJs in my size and then another two helped find an item I couldn’t spot! They were all really helpful & friendly! 👏🏼 😊

@SkyHelpTeam The video is as good as I can show you. If I click the picture or the banner ‘unmissable prizes’ nothing happens. It doesn’t open another page or anything. The app is up to date but I just can’t access the competitions etc. I only have the Mobile service - is that why?

@SkyHelpTeam In the video, anything that opens I can access but all the others won’t let me do anything. I can’t click on ‘unmissable prizes’, ‘shows & attractions’, ‘cinema tickets’, ‘find rewards’ or ‘giveaways’ … I should be able to right??
