Trent is a defender who’s recorded 185, 210, 160 & 208 points in his last 4 seasons. He ended last season at around £8.5m and was still 50%+ owned. Starting him at £7.5m is absolute madness.

Twisting on captains is the worst thing that could happen to this game in my opinion. The beauty of FPL is we lock in our teams before the games and then relax and enjoy the football over the weekend. Imagine still having decisions to make on Sunday/Monday. It would be relentless
