On a serious note, this is the problem with the Trans debate. There's no need to be hostile or impolite to people who identify as a different gender. All that's needed is to politely but firmly say "no, we can't allow you to do that because we have a duty of respect to others".

Finding out you’re allowed to work as a doctor in the NHS while refusing to recognise the concept of biological sex is quite the eye opener. I would have thought it as disqualifying as refusing to recognise the existence of the liver & kidneys.

I don't think so. Within the parameters of his insane ideology, he was impeccable. and this is the problem. Is the ET going to accept the utter nonsense spouted about biological sex being 'nebulous' and a grown man being a 'biological woman'? Because the hospital already has.
