We are delighted to launch the '1 Billion Readiness' initiative, one of the largest global efforts to advance fire protection and safety. Running from 2025 to 2027, this initiative aims to train and educate one billion people worldwide on fire prevention measures. Led by the UAE, this groundbreaking initiative brings together 34 countries and 16 major firefighting organisations, underscoring the UAE’s leadership in advancing global safety and security. A key component of this initiative, the Hope Convoys project will provide critical support to developing countries by supplying essential equipment and establishing fire stations to enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities. Through these initiatives, we strive to build a safer and more resilient future for all.

Over the past 10 weeks, more than 40 volunteers from @LondonFire and @kentfirerescue have inventoried, packed and loaded over 16 tons of rescue equipment, including Breathing Apparatus, spine boards and PPE. The donation is now on its way to #Ukraine @LFB_Croydon @LfbTf1

Yesterday two of our fantastic #volunteers collected fire fighting PPE and other essential equipment from @BristolAirport. The donation will soon be on its way to #firefighters who currently have none of this equipment. Thanks to @BristolAirport for your support! ✈️🚒❤️🌎💪

Our partners delivering training in #lviv spotted our transformer car. Donated in 2019 the car is a tool for training #firefighters on effective extrication of a casualty during a car incident. Very pleased to see it’s still adding value! @ImpactUkraine @EASSTransport 🚒🇺🇦🚗
